The No.1 Pure-Full Calming Herb Toner soothes and hydrates your skin gently. Specially formulated to reduce redness and irritation while balancing your skin’s moisture and oil levels, this mild toner is perfect for sensitive and acne-prone skin, providing refreshing care with botanical extracts.

Clinically proven to reduce excess oil by 29.9%, blackheads by 30.9%, and whiteheads by 29% in just 4 weeks. APPLICATION
