Return Conditions

Products must be unopened and in resalable condition.

Promotional sets must be returned complete.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of:

- Opened cosmetic products

- Products with broken or removed seals
