Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL, EPS and UnionPay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within a short time after being placed, before they are processed for dispatch.
If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@yoonava.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
EU Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over €70.
How long does EU delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within the EU usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination country and the selected shipping method.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We ship with trusted carriers such as DHL and other local delivery partners within the EU.
International Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping.
Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply outside the EU and are the responsibility of the customer.
Will I have to pay customs & duties?
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Any applicable duties or taxes may be calculated at checkout or charged by your local customs authority upon delivery.
Products & Ingredients
Are your products cruelty-free / vegan?
We carefully select the brands we work with and prioritise partners who share our values of responsible and conscious product development.
All products we distribute comply with EU cosmetic regulations, which prohibit animal testing. Many of the brands we carry are cruelty-free and offer vegan formulations.
As formulations may vary by brand and product, we recommend checking the ingredient list on the individual product page for detailed information.
How do I choose the right products for my skin?
You can use the filters on our website to browse products by skin type, concern or category. Each product page also includes detailed descriptions, key ingredients and usage recommendations to help you make an informed choice.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days by email at info@yoonava.com.
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we do not accept returns of opened or used products, or products where the seal has been removed.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof of shipment), using the original payment method.
Returns within Germany are free of charge. For returns from other countries, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at info@yoonava.com within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
If your return is eligible:
Customers in Germany will receive a free return label by email.
Returns from outside Germany must be shipped at the customer’s expense.
Please ensure that the product is unopened, unused and in its original condition.
