Clean your face thoroughly and optionally use a toner to prepare the skin.
Remove the sheet mask from the packaging and carefully unfold it. Place the mask on your face, starting around the eyes, and then smooth it to ensure complete contact with your skin.
Leave the mask on for about 15 to 20 minutes. Avoid leaving it on for a long time, otherwise the cloth may dry out and remove moisture from your skin.
Remove the mask and gently massage the remaining essence into your skin until it is absorbed. Use your usual cream or moisturizer if needed.
